Bakery and Beer Pairing with Leavened

  • Great Lakes Brewing Company 2516 Market Avenue Cleveland, OH, 44113 United States (map)

From the organizer:

Enjoy four unique baked good and beer pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at Leavened. Learn about the many connections between bread and beer with Leavened co-owner Ian Herrington while tasting baked goods alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by Great Lakes Brewing Co.'s very own Advanced Cicerone® Michael Williams. Which came first, bread or beer? You'll have to attend to find out!

Each ticket includes:

- Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four baked goods from Leavened
- Strawberry Pineapple Wheat paired with Cherry Almond Sourdough
- Midwest IPA paired with Smoked Sausage Croissant
- Edmund Fitzgerald Porter paired with Ginger Molasses Cookie
- Juicy Vibacious Double IPA paired with Apricot Snail
- One Hop College snifter glass to take home (pictured below)
- Hop College notebook, available as an add on (pictured below)

Graduate at the bottom of your glass at Hop College, where our taproom is your classroom.
