We're so glad to be resuming our unique spirits and cocktail classes hosted by Tonga Tim in our new Cuyahoga Falls space. This time, Tim covers the expansive and sometimes daunting world of rums from around the globe.

The immersive rum chapter of the Rumbullion education series launches with the basics of rums, then dives into individual rum expressions from the Caribbean, Central and South America, and even the US and other unexpected corners of the planet.

To further sweeten the pot, our good friends with Heidelberg Distributing will once again join us with a flight of craft rums highlighting the specific regions featured in the class. We will also sip classic daiquiris made with their rums so you can see how the base spirit changes the flavor and expression of this staple cocktail.
