Using a family recipe that’s older than most of our bartenders, we’re bringing that old-school backyard party vibe straight to Gunselman’s! Our clams come courtesy of Joe over at Lobster Brothers in Westlake, who has a guy in Narragansett Bay, RI—the land of the sweetest, saltiest, most slurp-worthy clams this side of the Atlantic. And of course, no Gunselman’s clambake would dare begin without Irish Kevin’s legendary clam chowder and broth. They’re the warm-up act that always steals the show—comforting, savory, and just the thing to prep your taste buds for the main event.
