Enjoy four unique BBQ and beer pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at The Proper Pig.

At this Hop College, you’ll learn about The Proper Pig Smokehouse with founder Shane Vidovic while exploring food and beer pairing principles with our GLBC Beer Educators- all while enjoying some unique BBQ and beer pairings!

Each ticket includes:

– Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four BBQ dishes from The Proper Pig

Mexican Lager with Lime with spicy smoked shrimp street taco
Strawberry Pineapple Wheat with pork sparerib with Polynesian BBQ sauce and sesame seeds
Return of the Lake Erie Monster Double IPA with smoked beef brisket slider topped with blue cheese slaw
Edmund Fitzgerald Porter with candied bacon on a stick

– One jar of Edmund Fitzgerald BBQ Sauce to take home
