Experience 5 unique beer and cheese pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at Marchant Manor. You’ll learn everything you wanted to know about the art of cheese making, while tasting 6 Ohio-made cheeses alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by our Cicerone Certified Beer Educators. Each ticket includes:
(5) 5 oz beer samples paired with (6) cheeses from Marchant Manor, alongside other charcuterie accompaniments including locally sourced baguettes, honey, and cornichons

We will be pairing:
Eliot Ness Amber Lager with Elmstead Ash, Marchant Manor’s flagship triple cream Guernsey cow milk cheese with a dappled ash rind
Strawberry Pineapple Wheat with Shepton, an award-winning pure sheep milk bloomy rind cheese
Mexican Lager with Lime with Henley Goat, a triple cream flavor bomb made with goat milk and cow cream
Midwest IPA with Chatsworth Tomme, a bold, natural rind cheese made with local Amish sheep milk, pressed and cave aged at least 4 months
Edmund Fitzgerald Porter with Lamberton, a bold blue made with pure Sheep milk AND High Heaven Espresso, a washed-rind monastery-style cheese rubbed with Rising Star Espresso
