Join us from 6-9PM on December 16 in the Tasting Room for the Brewmaster’s Remix! A new take on our traditional holiday Brewmaster’s Dinner, this four-course meal and beer pairing includes mini brewery tours and a festive DJ dance party.
Menu:
Course 1
Sally’s Worm’s Wart: Curried lentil soup, parsnip, apple. Paired with welcome beer, Christmas Ale.
Course 2
Buddy the Elf’s Maple Pasta: Butternut squash ravioli, maple sage cream sauce. Paired with Eliot Ness Amber Lager.
Course 3
Meatloaf: Christmas Ale bacon wrapped meatloaf, root vegetables, holiday spiced honey.
OR Beet-loaf: Vegetarian “meatloaf”, root vegetables, holiday spiced honey. Paired with Paw Paw Wheat Ale.
Course 4
All Aboard the Polar Express: hot cocoa creme brulee. Paired with event exclusive Coffee-Infused Christmas Ale.
