The Rustic Grill at StoneWater has brought a taste of Mexico to Cleveland with their Cinco-De-Mayo All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet (Sunday, May 5), curated by Executive Chef Kathryn Neidus. Featuring tons of Mexican foods and drinks, the Cinco-De-Mayo Brunch is sure to please the whole familia.
“Cinco-De-Mayo is always such a fun day and we put a lot of effort into our brunch menu to put creative spins on authentic Mexican food. Everything from churro waffles to chicken enchiladas and an assortment of craft margaritas, there’s something for everyone,” says Chef Neidus. “This is an incredible day of celebration, and we made sure that StoneWater is the best place to celebrate.”
The menu features an Adult Station, Kids Station, Dessert Station, and Special Drink Specials. Adult Station: Churro Waffles; Chilaquiles Scramble with Verde Sauce and Queso Fresco; Spiced Breakfast Potatoes with Onions and Peppers; Chicken Enchiladas; with Rojo Sauce; Queso, Guacamole, and Salsa Bar; Pulled Pork El Pastor; Refried Beans; Cilantro Rice. Kids Station: Waffles, Chicken Tenders, Bacon/Sausage, Scrambled Eggs. Pastries, Desserts & Beyond Station: Season Fruit Display, Assorted Bagels and Breads with Accoutrements, Mexican Chocolate Mousse Cups, Assorted Cookies, Cinnamon Sugar Donut Cookies. Featured Drink Specials: Classic Margarita ($10), Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita ($10), Strawberry Margarita ($10), Cinco-De-Drinko Margarita Pitcher ($25), Michelada ($10), Tequila Sunrise Mimosa ($10).
