From the Organizer:
As infrastructure and the built environment continue to attract unprecedented levels of private and institutional investment, senior leaders across finance, construction, and professional services will convene in Cleveland for Unlocking Opportunity: The Future of Infrastructure in M&A, a full-day conference focused on the forces reshaping mergers and acquisitions in the sector.
Hosted by the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, the inaugural conference will take place Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Tinkham Veale Ballroom (11038 Bellflower Rd, Cleveland, OH 44106)
The conference will bring together senior leaders and advisors from finance, accounting, legal, insurance, construction, architectural, and engineering firms, along with business owners and investors actively engaged in infrastructure-focused M&A. Programming will explore why the built environment has become one of the most active and investable sectors in today’s deal landscape—and what organizations need to know as they consider growth, acquisition, or exit strategies.
Sessions will examine the trends accelerating infrastructure M&A activity, legal and financial considerations unique to the sector, operational risks and opportunities, and real-world case studies drawn from recent transactions. The day will also provide structured opportunities for peer exchange and strategic networking among industry leaders.
