Are you brave enough to tour the most haunted place in Cleveland?
The House of Wills will be having tours this Fall as a fundraiser to continue the work on this historic building, built in 1842.
Please read the following BEFORE you buy a ticket. You will not receive a paper ticket. Once payment is made, you will be added on our list.
First and foremost, all guests must bring proper ID to the night of the tour. All guests must be at least 13+ years old and have proper ID. Teens must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.
This is a walking tour. The house is 50,000 sq. feet and 7 floors. We will be walking at least 4 of the floors and there are hundreds of steps.
Cameras, cell phones, professional cameras are allowed but not video. No umbrellas, lighting equipment or bulk photography items will be allowed. This is not a photo tour. Nothing that can hinder the experience for another guest will be allowed.
We expect patrons to be respectful and listen to the guide. We reserve the right to eject people from the house for being disorderly and / or intoxicated WITHOUT REFUND. We have done it before and we will do it again if we feel it is needed. Every guest will be signing a waiver in regards to areas of the house that are roped off for safety etc. No one will be admitted without the waiver being signed.
Please keep in mind the house is 15-20 degrees colder than it is outside so dress appropriately. Comfortable shoes or boots also because, again, lots of walking.
Tickets are $50 each. This money is being used to continue the work of restoring the house to her former glory.
You need to arrive at least 15 minute prior to your tour time to make sure your waiver is filled out in person. Please don't arrive 30 minutes early and wander around outside. When you park in the parking lot, do not stand in the parking lot talking. Please make your way to the side of the building and form a line against the building, heading away from the street.
No entrance will be granted without prior ticket purchase. We do not have a ‘purchase at the door’ option. The address for the house is 2491 East 55th Street in Cleveland Ohio.
