Ice cream + beer = best summer combo ever. Experience four unique ice cream and beer pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at Mason’s Creamery. You’ll learn everything you’ve wanted to know about the classic frozen treat from Mason’s co-owner Jesse Mason, while tasting specially made Mason’s concoctions alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by Great Lakes Brewing Co.’s Cicerone Certified Beer Educators. You just might even get to make your own beer float!

73 Kolsch with Maple Bacon Ice Cream
