This Valentine’s Day, The Rustic Grill at StoneWater is inviting couples, singles, groups, or your favorite plus one to celebrate the special day with a swoon worthy 3-course Chef Tasting Menu. Complete with special Valentine’s Day Cocktails and Wine Specials, StoneWater’s Valentine’s Day dinner event is the perfect place to spend a lovely evening.
Starter Options:
• Mushroom Busque Soup—Bone marrow croutons, chives.
• Beefsteak Tomato and Beet Salad—Mixed greens, shaved carrots, toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese, balsamic herb vinaigrette.
• Crab Rangoon Wonton Cups—Crab salad, scallions, orange sweet n’ sour.
• Sticky Pork Belly Steam Buns—Pickled veg, cilantro, sweet’n spicy aioli (2)
Main Course Options:
• Surf N’ Turf: 5oz lobster tail & 5oz sirloin steak, roasted garlic and chive mashed potatoes, haricot verts.
• House Pappardelle Short Rib Ragu—Wild mushrooms, house crème fraiche.
• Seared Salmo—Sweet pea Israeli couscous risotto, honey dill heirloom carrots, blood orange beurre blanc.
• Stuffed Chicken—Mozzarella & spinach stuffed with sun-dried tomato cream, roasted garlic and chive mashed potatoes, haricot verts.
Dessert Options:
• Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit Mousse Bomb—Raspberry coulis.
• Vanilla Custard Berry Tart.
• Lemon Olive Oil Cake—Crème raiche whipped cream and honey.
