From the Organizer:

Spend a fall afternoon in the heart of University Circle with free family activities, live music and entertainment, and seasonal food. Kids can join the annual costume parade, try hands-on STEM experiments, make arts & crafts, and play games on the lawn. Parents can relax with local food vendors and plenty of photo-worthy moments. Be sure to stay for the outdoor movie showing of Hotel Transylvania.

Admission is free and open to all.
