Hingetown

The bright colors and eye-catching cartoons on this mural by David Shillinglaw are what makes it one of our very favorites! 

Tiger

Location: Detroit & W. 28th

Artist: Michela Picchi

Just over the Detroit-Superior Bridge, you’ll find this 130 foot long mural. Created by Italian artist Michela Picchi, it is sure to catch your eye while driving down Detroit. 

Pizza

Location: Church & W. 28th

Artist: Mike Sobeck 

Head right around the corner from Picchi’s tiger mural to catch another fan-favorite! Pose for pictures with this pizza-inspired mural by Mike Sobeck, then head down the street to grab a slice at Saucy Brew Works.

Yellow Background w/Faces

Location: Church & W. 29th

Artist: Joe Lanzilotta

If you’re coming out of class at Title Boxing or going to grab coffee at Rising Star, you’ll be sure to see this mural by Joe Lanzilotta, located in the heart of Hingetown.

CLE City Maps

Location: Shoreway & W. 28th bridges

Artist: 

At first glance, these murals underneath the Shoreway appear to be just colorful, abstract blocks. If you look closely, however, you’ll find that they’re actually maps of Cleveland! Have fun trying to find your favorite spots, and snap a few pictures while you’re at it. 

Living Wall

Location: Church & W. 29th

You’ll find this beauty on Church once again, around the corner from Cleveland Tea Revival. Though it does tend to become a little more photogenic once the summer sun comes out, the living wall is a fantastic spot to see all year round.

Love Doves

Location:Artist: Erin Guido and Joe Lanzilotta

Guido and Lanzilotta were handpicked by Instagram to create this mural-- it’s one of five worldwide-- to celebrate LGBT pride. These adorable birds welcome cars traveling from Ohio City or Hingetown onto the Shoreway. 

Gordon Square

Dream Big

Painted by one of our very favorites, Lisa Quine, this mural is what your dreams (pun intended) are made of! Quine’s lettering background shows through in this beautiful piece in Gordon Square.

Land Ahoy
