Join us for a special collaboration on April 9 from 6:30-7:30PM in the GLBC Beer Symposium. At this Hop College, you’ll learn about The Proper Pig Smokehouse with founder Shane Vidovic while exploring food and beer pairing principles with our GLBC Beer Educators. Learn by tasting these unique flavor combinations you can’t get anywhere else!
Each $35 ticket includes four 5 oz. beers, paired with four BBQ dishes from The Proper Pig, including:
Rally Drum Lemon Shandy paired with a garlic bratwurst and house-made spicy relish
Mexican Lager with Lime paired with a pork carnitas street taco
Return of the Lake Erie Monster Double IPA paired with a ground brisket slider, bacon jam, and blue cheese
Conway’s Irish Stout paired with a Reuben dip on rye bread crostini
