At Encore Employment Enterprise, Inc. (E3), we believe that the collaboration of different generations in the workforce is one of the greatest strengths a community can have. Inspired by the popular "Family Feud" game show, CLE Feud is more than just a fun event—it celebrates multigenerational teamwork. By bringing together people of all ages to compete and work side by side, we aim to showcase how diverse talents and experiences can come together to create a dynamic and inclusive workforce. This event also highlights E3's mission to help job seekers aged 50 and older build the skills needed to succeed in today's evolving job market.
CLE Feud is a community-wide fundraiser that brings us together and raises crucial funds to support E3's services, including our 50+ call center. By raising awareness and securing support from local businesses and individuals, we can continue providing career resources, training, and employment assistance to older workers, ensuring they remain a vital part of the workforce. Your support of this event helps us build a stronger community and workforce where every generation can thrive.
