Spring is finally here, and StoneWater is helping guests celebrate by hosting a dinner and cookie decorating workshop on Thursday, April 3, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
“We’re very excited to welcome the Sister Project Bakery to StoneWater to host this fun class,” said Whitney Neidus, General Manager at StoneWater. “Paired with a fabulous dinner, some great cocktails, and a group of friends, our cookie decorating workshop is going to be a really fun time.”
Led by the Sister Project Bakery and StoneWater, guests will learn the basics of outlining, flooding, and detailing six different cookies with 2-3 different royal icing
consistencies. The workshop will also teach explain the difference between different icing consistencies and how to best pipe with them using a tipless piping bag. Additionally, guests will receive tips and tricks for different icing techniques, along with troubleshooting help with any potential icing issues.
The Dinner will include a Chicken Caprese Panini (half sandwich), Spring Salad, and tater tots. Note: If any guests have dietary restrictions, please let StoneWater know when making a reservation and they will try to accommodate it.
The workshop and dinner costs $80 per person (+ tax and gratuity), and includes all supplies, instructions, dinner, and a welcome French 75 cocktail. A cash bar will also be available for the remainder of the evening.
