Celebrate summer with our friends at Watershed Distillery! Join us on Thursday, August 14 at 6:30PM for this collaborative dinner. Each $60 ticket includes the following five courses and drink pairings.

Welcome Cocktail

Course One
Fried chicken bite with Great Lakes honey syrup and house-made hot sauce.
Cocktail Pairing
Strawberry Beers Knees
Four Peel Strawberry Gin, Great Lakes honey syrup, lemon, and Strawberry Pineapple Wheat

Course Two
Grilled fruit with jalapeños, yogurt, raspberry honey, and cucumbers
Beer Pairing: Midwest Hazy IPA

Course Three
Fresh tomato salad with basil, croutons, and gin & beer vinaigrette

Raspberry and Cukes
Cucumber-Infused Four Peel Gin, raspberries, lime, simple syrup, and raspberry liqueur

Course Four
6 oz. steak with corn, green bean, and tomato succotash. Served with house-made steak sauce
