Energize and restore in this dynamic 75-minute session led by Levi Goedl. Begin with a 50-minute full-body strength workout designed to build core stability, improve mobility, and challenge all fitness levels. Then transition into a calming 25-minute recovery floor yoga segment to stretch, reset, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Valet parking included. All abilities welcome. Athletic shoes and attire required.
