From the organizer:
In 1978, "I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road" represented a "first" in its look at feminism through the lens of an American musical. Join The Musical Theater Project for a new exploration of this funny, stirring and historically significant musical plus a pre-show video and post-show discussion with the authors, Gretchen Cryer and Nancy Ford.
This musical will be fully staged, which is rare for TMTP.
Making her TMTP debut as director is Anjanette Hall, with Nancy Maier as musical director and Natalie Green and Chris Richards in leading roles. And with Cryer & Ford in attendance, this is not to be missed!
