Lifebanc’s annual Gift of Life Walk combines a traditional 5K run and 1K walk with an emotional community gathering honoring organ, eye and tissue donors. This year’s event will feature a Cavaliers team participating in the walk and run, along with appearances by the Cavaliers mascot and the Cavs Scream Team throughout the morning festivities.
Schedule Highlights:
• 7:30 a.m. — Gates open; activities begin
• 9:00 a.m. — Live show followed by the start of the 1-mile Family Fun Walk & 5K Race
• 10:00 a.m. — Race results announced at the finish line and Legacy Garden Program. The Legacy Garden, featuring photos of donor heroes, and space for reflection, is a moving tribute to those who have given, received, or are waiting for the gift of life.

Lifebanc’s Gift of Life Walk & Run raises awareness about the power of organ, eye, and tissue donation while celebrating the lives saved through transplantation.
