Our West Side Market Brewmaster’s Dinner is back by popular demand! Join us on Tuesday, June 24 at 6PM for a five-course, locally sourced, al-fresco meal perfectly paired with GLBC beers. Carefully crafted by our chefs, this special menu is paired with seasonal and year-round beers expertly selected by our brewers to complement each course. Experience the full spectrum of classic beer and food pairing flavors with dishes featuring ingredients from your favorite West Side Market vendors.
Each $85 ticket includes your five-course dinner paired with 5 oz. pours of each beer. Full menu below:
Course 1: Watermelon Salad
Cucumber, red onion, avocado, basil, mint, feta, chili lime vinaigrette
Paired with Rally Drum Lemon Shandy
Course 2: Deviled Egg Trio
Truffle oil; smoked salmon, caper, everything seasoning; maple bacon, cheddar
Paired with Dark Mexican Lager with Lime
Course 3: Garlic Ginger-Soy Crispy Pork Belly
Cabbage, tri-color carrot, scallion, sesame dressing
Paired with Cold Rush Premium Light Lager
Course 4: Chicken Roulade
Stuffed with mushroom, spinach, Italian cheeses; served over fried garlic parsley gnocchi with garlic cream sauce.
